Due to the large number of sample requests we receive for product evaluation, we have established the following sampling policy.
We do not maintain stock inventory as all products are manufactured on order. Therefore, we require a minimum of 15 working days to prepare and dispatch requested samples.
If samples of certain products are already available, they can be shipped immediately after receiving the sample payment and shipping charges in our business account.
Once payment is received, the sample order will be shipped on the same day or the next business day via courier. A digital image of the product will also be shared before shipment as proof.
Even if the request is for a single piece or pair, we will process the inquiry accordingly and appreciate your patience during the preparation process.
All samples are generally shipped to the customer’s provided address against payment for the sample product and shipping cost.
Payments for samples can be made through Wise Transfer or PayPal. If a customer does not have access to these payment methods, alternative arrangements may be discussed.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) or initial test order for any product is 30 pieces/pairs per size or per color.
Upon special request, we may produce two or three samples of different sizes and colors instead of only one variation.
The standard production time for orders is generally 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the order quantity. Customers will be informed about the exact production timeline in advance.
After order completion:
Air Shipment: Approximately 7 days
Sea Shipment: Approximately 30–40 days
In certain cases, sea delivery may take 45–60 days depending on shipping conditions and destination.
If you do not find the required products on our website or in our catalog, you may send us physical samples, digital images, sketches, or design drawings of the products you wish to develop.
We guarantee 100% confidentiality and protection of your designs.
Our Research & Development Department is equipped with modern technology and skilled professionals capable of developing new products according to your specific requirements.
We welcome requests for private labeling and branding and offer both OEM and ODM services.
Your logos and labels can be placed on the products according to your requirements. The cost of printing or labeling will be quoted after reviewing the design.

For simple designs, we may not charge additional printing or labeling fees.
Our standard payment terms are:
30% advance payment via wire transfer (TT) to our company bank account
70% balance payment when the products are ready for shipment
For orders exceeding USD 50,000, we may accept irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
In certain cases, we may also offer DA 30 payment terms after establishing a successful business relationship and mutual agreement.
Due to fluctuations in the global economy and variations in material costs, prices may change over time.
The provided price list will remain valid for a mutually agreed period, after which any price adjustments will be communicated in advance.
If required, we may provide references from some of our existing customers, subject to their prior permission.
